We kindly request that all appointments be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. In the event of less than 24 hour notice or no show, the client is responsible for $50. 00 cancellation fee. In the event of a package deal you lose that day session. We understand unexpected events like family member illness, work emergencies or travel delays will arise and can be an exemption from our cancellation policy. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late or do not show up for your, a 50% charge of the service fee will apply. Please note that deposits are non-refundable or package deals if the appointment is canceled or no show at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
